Open Water Diver

This entry-level certification course is designed to give students the necessary skills to conduct open water dives in conditions similar to their training without the direct supervision of an instructor.

Prerequisites

  • Minimum age: 18 years, however participants may be between the ages of 10 to 17 years old so long as written parental consent is provided.
  • Duration: 4 – 5 days

Advanced Adventurer Diver

The Advanced Adventure course will give you an overview of five different diving specialties. Two of the required specialties are the Deep Diver and Navigation Diver specialties which are the foundation of continuing diver education.

Prerequisites

  • Minimum age: 13 years
  • Open Water Diver or equivalent
  • Duration: 2 – 3 days

Rescue Diver

The rescue certification course is designed to develop the knowledge and necessary skills for an individual to effectively perform diver rescues and assists, and administer necessary first aid.

Prerequisites

  • Minimum age: 18 years or 15 years with parental consent
  • Advanced Diver or equivalent, 40 logged open water dives
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification
  • Duration: 3 – 4 days

Nitrox Diver

This is the entry-level certification course for recreational divers wishing to utilize enriched air nitrox (EAN) as a breathing gas. The objective of this course is to train divers in the benefits, hazards, and proper procedures for using nitrox mixes from 22 through 40 percent oxygen content.

Prerequisites

  • Minimum age: 15 years
  • Open Water Diver
  • Duration: 1 day

Deep Diver

The purpose of this course is to provide the necessary training to plan and execute dives that are outside the range of depths that are experienced during an Open Water Diver course, specifically beyond sixty 18 meter and to a maximum depth of not greater than 40 meter.

Prerequisites

  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • Open Water Diver
  • Duration: 2 – 3 days

Wreck Diver

We will discuss and use equipment and techniques commonly employed while wreck diving. You will learn in this course how to plan and conduct a safe and nice wreckdive and how to recognize and avoid hazards on wrecks.

Prerequisites

  • Minimum age: 15 years
  • Open Water Diver and Deep Diver or equivalent
  • Duration: 2 – 3 days

Open Water Sidemount Diver

Open Water Sidemount Diving course is designed to teach divers to properly use twin cylinders in sidemount configuration for open water diving activities. You will learn about proper equipment configuration and plannnig and conducting a sidemount dive. More information: SDI Open Water Sidemount Diver
