* An OWD or P1 is limited on the deep of 18 / 20m. An AOWD till Divemaster or P2 is limited to 30m . An AOWD till Divemaster with DEEP Specialty, or an P3 can dive till 40m. By Croatian law the max. depth with air is limited to 40m Every customer of Triton Diving d.o.o. dives at his/her own risk and responsibility. The safety instructions of the staff of Triton Diving d.o.o. must be followed on the diving boat and on the base. I am healthy and in good physical condition. Since my last doctor examination there were no changes of my state of health. I acknowledge that scuba diving is a potentially dangerous activity. I am aware of the risks scuba diving implicates and I know about the possible dangers of a behaviour that is contrary to the diving rules and the instructions of Triton Diving d.o.o. . I hereby release Triton Diving d.o.o. and its employees from every form of liability. I waive, discharge and agree not to sue Triton Diving d.o.o. or any of its employees for any kind of damage, loss, injury or even death of myself. I accept that this release also precludes my descendants and relatives in case of my death from suing Triton Diving d.o.o. or its employees. I herewith agree to cover all costs for medical treatment or transport. With my signature I agree to these conditions and confirm this liability release.
